เนื่องด้วยบริษัท ไทยฮั้วแพคกิ้งแมททีเรียลส์ จำกัด มีแผนดำเนินการก่อสร้างอาคารโรงงานฉีดขึ้นรูปพลาสติก ไทยฮั้วแพคกิ้ง สาขาตรัง จึงมีความจำเป็นต้องจัดประกวดราคาจัดจ้างก่อสร้างให้ไปตามนโยบายของบริษัท

ด้วยที่ประชุมคณะกรรมการของบริษัท ไทยฮั้วยางพารา จำกัด (มหาชน) ได้มีมติกำหนดวันประชุมสามัญผู้ถือหุ้น ประจำปี 2569 ในวันศุกร์ที่ 24 เมษายน 2569 เวลา 16.00 น. ณ อาคารไทยฮั้วฯ สำนักงานใหญ่ 238/1 ถนนรัชดาภิเษก แขวงห้วยขวาง เขตห้วยขวาง กรุงเทพมหานคร ในการนี้ บริษัทฯ จะมีการปิดสมุดทะเบียนพักการโอนหุ้นตั้งแต่วันที่ 2 เมษายน 2569 เป็นต้นไป จนกว่าการประชุมจะแล้วเสร็จ เพื่อกำหนดรายชื่อผู้ถือหุ้นที่มีสิทธิเข้าร่วมประชุมและมีสิทธิในการรับเงินปันผล (ถ้ามี) โดยผู้ถือหุ้นไม่สามารถโอนเปลี่ยนชื่อจนกว่าการประชุมผู้ถือหุ้นจะแล้วเสร็จ

On December 23, 2025, the first batch of compound rubber was successfully produced on the new production line at the Phitsanulok (PL) Plant of Thaihua Rubber Company, marking the official transition of the expansion project from the construction phase to the production and operation stage. The new production line is one of the Company’s key projects in 2025. At present, all infrastructure construction, equipment installation, and environmental protection systems have been completed, and the production line has entered the trial production and commissioning phase. All systems are operating smoothly, production activities are well organized, and production capacity is expected to be released gradually. The successful production of the first batch has laid a solid foundation for ensuring safe and stable operations and for further improvements in product quality.
